Job summary

HireBooth is seeking an AI-first content specialist to direct, enhance and scale product content across retailers. You will build AI-assisted workflows, templates and quality checks to produce accurate, on-brand copy and visuals, while guiding the content team to meet aggressive SKU targets and timelines.

You will plan your work, review outputs, and drive improvements using AI tools, templates, and spreadsheet workflows to ensure retailer-ready content with consistent quality and brand voice.

Qualifications

• Native-level written English with sharp editing skills.
• Experience producing eCommerce product content for multiple retailers.
• Ability to direct, plan and approve work for a content/visual team.
• Strong technical comfort with AI workflows and structured data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our AI content toolkit with reusable assistants and prompt libraries.
• Ensure AI-generated content complies with brand voice, retailer rules and character limits.
• Run AI-assisted research on competitor listings, reviews, questions and terms.
• Test new AI tools and features, document learnings for the team.
• Follow AI Acceptable Use Policy in all content operations.
• Plan and coordinate content production workflows in Asana and hand off assets to the team.
