Simpli Home is seeking an experienced content lead for AI-driven product content. You will design and manage AI assistants, draft and optimize retailer-specific copy, and oversee a visual content team to deliver scalable content across multiple retailers.

You will work remotely with a focus on maintaining brand voice, data accuracy, and compliance with retailer rules. The role emphasizes process automation, quality control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• An AI-first way of working with workflows you have built: custom assistants, prompt systems or automations.
• Native-level written English and sharp editing skills.
• Hands-on experience producing enhanced content for Amazon or other retailers.
• 3+ years producing eCommerce product content for Amazon and at least one other major US retailer.
• Tech-forward mindset with comfort with structured product data.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with layout tools like Figma or Canva.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain our AI content toolkit, including prompts and libraries, for many SKUs and variants.
• Use AI for quality control, research and automation of content creation.
• Produce titles, bullets, descriptions and retailer-specific copy for new SKUs across multiple retailers.
• Lead and coordinate the visual content team, approving work and ensuring accuracy from draft to upload.
• Plan and track work in Asana, documenting processes for repeatable results.
