Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Global Content & AI Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team in a role ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals. You will support international content creation, AI-assisted research, and foundational SEO practices to strengthen our global brand.

You’ll craft long-form content, analyze markets, and adapt messaging for diverse audiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying current with AI and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, International Relations, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience welcome to apply.
• Internship or project experience in content writing, digital marketing, communications, or research is an advantage.
• Experience using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong long-form writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Interest in international markets, global cultures, and cross-cultural communication.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research using traditional methods and AI-powered research tools to identify international market trends, competitor insights, and cultural nuances
• Analyze audience behaviors, preferences, and content consumption patterns across global markets
• Support the development of localized marketing strategies by recommending culturally appropriate messaging and communication approaches
• Monitor emerging global trends and provide actionable insights to support marketing initiatives
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms to support research, brainstorming, content outlining, and drafting
• Produce high-quality long-form marketing content including whitepapers, case studies, executive thought leadership articles, newsletters, guides, and campaign materials
• Review, edit, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content to ensure originality, accuracy, and consistency with brand standards
• Adapt content for different international audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice
• Apply foundational on-page SEO principles, including keyword placement, headings, meta descriptions, and content structure
• Optimize content for readability and digital publishing across multiple online platforms
• Incorporate global search intent and regional terminology into marketing content where appropriate
• Assist in improving content performance through SEO best practices and content optimization
• Support the execution of global content marketing campaigns and communication initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging marketing assets aligned with business objectives
