Job summary

IntoGREAT is hiring an AI Finance Support Specialist to bridge Finance and Technology, driving process improvements and data-driven decisions. You will support AI-powered finance applications, monitoring workflows and ensuring reporting accuracy while championing user adoption of new solutions.

The role encompasses data management, training, compliance, and continuous improvement across finance operations. A 3-5 year background in AI-enabled finance or analytics is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related field.
• 3-5 years in AI, finance, accounting, financial analysis, systems support, BI, or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-powered finance applications and automation tools.
• Monitor AP, AR, reconciliations, expense management, and reporting workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot AI-enabled finance systems.
• Generate reports and dashboards.
• Analyze trends, anomalies, and risks.
• Support budgeting and forecasting.
• Validate AI-generated outputs.
• Validate financial data quality.
• Perform reconciliation and cleansing.
• Ensure data governance compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams.
• Provide user support and training.
• Develop guides and documentation.
• Promote AI adoption across finance.
• Support regulatory compliance and audits.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate process risks.
