Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted seeks an AI/ML engineer to assess, design, and deploy AI agents within enterprise SAP testing contexts. You will work in a hybrid Manila-based setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing environments.

You will demonstrate strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Azure AI services and enterprise LLM deployment, ensuring scalable, secure solutions and knowledge transfer to delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess feasibility of priority AI use cases for SAP Testing transformation.
• Develop, configure, integrate, and deploy AI agents/solutions in enterprise environments.
• Enable AI-powered improvements in regression optimization, test impact analysis, failure analysis, test-data activities, and reporting.
• Collaborate with SAP/testing teams to embed AI solutions into the JTI environment.
• Provide knowledge transfer and enablement so delivery teams can operate and extend implemented solutions.
• Hands-on AI/GenAI engineering and agent development experience.
• Experience developing, integrating, and deploying AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks/patterns and prompt engineering.
• API integration skills with secure enterprise deployment practices.
• Ability to perform feasibility assessments and support delivery enablement.
• SAP testing or enterprise testing experience.
• Azure/cloud AI services and enterprise LLM deployment experience.
