GSS HR Solutions Private Limted in Manila is seeking an AI/GenAI engineer to assess feasibility of priority AI use cases for SAP testing, and to develop, configure, integrate, and deploy AI agents and solutions within enterprise environments. You will work closely with the SAP testing team to fit solutions into the JTI environment, ensuring secure deployment.

• Hands-on AI/GenAI engineering and agent development experience.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with agentic AI patterns and prompt engineering.
• API/integration skills and secure enterprise deployment understanding.
• Ability to assess feasibility, develop/deploy AI agents, and enable delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assess feasibility of priority AI use cases for SAP Testing engagements.
• Develop, configure, integrate, and deploy AI agents/solutions.
• Support AI-enabled improvements in impact analysis and regression activities.
• Collaborate with SAP/testing teams to fit solutions into the JTI environment.
• Provide knowledge transfer and enablement so the delivery team can operate and extend the solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on AI/GenAI engineering and agent development experience


• Experience developing, integrating, and deploying AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments


• Experience with agentic AI patterns/frameworks and prompt engineering


• API/integration skills and understanding of secure enterprise deployment practices


• Ability to perform feasibility assessment, develop/deploy AI agents, and support enablement of the delivery team

Good to have Skills

• SAP testing or enterprise testing experience


• Test impact analysis, regression-suite optimization, failure/defect analysis, test-data mining, or automated reporting experience


• Azure/cloud AI services and enterprise LLM deployment experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess feasibility of priority AI use cases for the SAP Testing engagement


• Develop, configure, integrate, and deploy selected AI agents/solutions


• Support AI-enabled improvements in areas such as impact analysis, regression optimization, failure analysis, test-data activities, and reporting


• Work with the existing testing/SAP team to fit solutions into the JTI environment


• Provide knowledge transfer, enablement, and support so the delivery team can operate and extend the implemented solutions
