Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted is seeking a hands-on AI/GenAI engineer to lead agent development and deploy AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments. The role requires evaluating priority use cases, designing integrations, and ensuring secure, scalable deployment practices within SAP testing engagements.

You will develop, configure, and deploy AI agents, support improvements in impact analysis, regression testing, and reporting, and collaborate with the existing SAP testing team to fit

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/GenAI engineering and agent development experience.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with agentic AI patterns/frameworks and prompt engineering.
• API integration skills and secure enterprise deployment practices.
• Ability to assess feasibility and enable delivery teams with AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Assess feasibility of priority AI use cases for the JTI SAP Testing engagement.
• Develop, configure, integrate, and deploy selected AI agents/solutions.
• Support AI-enabled improvements in impact analysis, regression optimization, failure analysis, test-data activities, and reporting.
• Work with the existing testing/SAP team to fit solutions into the JTI environment.
• Provide knowledge transfer, enablement, and support so the delivery team can operate and extend the implemented solutions.
