Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines seeks an AI Enablement Technical Program Manager (Consultant, Program Management) to lead end-to-end enterprise AI programs, bridging business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions that drive measurable value.

You will define roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure governance, model lifecycle, and Responsible AI. A CS/engineering background and 5–10 years in TPM, with cloud experience (GCP/AWS) and MLOps familiarity, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, technology delivery, or a similar leadership role managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven success delivering large-scale technology, AI/ML, data platform, or digital transformation programs from concept through production deployment.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including GenAI, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and enterprise AI delivery practices.
• Experience leading enterprise AI, machine learning, or data platform programs at scale.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, retraining frameworks, and AI governance standards.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or similar environments.
• Certification or formal training in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, SDLC, or related methodologies is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Define program roadmaps, establish milestones and success measures, and guide prioritization of AI use cases aligned to organizational goals.
• Drive cross-functional coordination, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain alignment between technical delivery and business value realization.
• Oversee deployment of enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices across model lifecycle management, monitoring, governance, and operational excellence.
• Provide executive-level visibility into program progress and help ensure AI capabilities meet Responsible AI, security, and data privacy standards.
