Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead AI-enabled delivery across several programs, coordinating engineers and analysts in a distributed global team.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery from intake to deployment and adoption, run daily standups across time zones, and surface risks with recommended paths.

This full-time permanent role is based in Makati, Philippines, and offers exposure to Azure, Power Platform, and client-facing project management.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management experience in software or digital delivery.
• Proven track record delivering multiple programs concurrently and driving to closure.
• Ability to read solution designs, spot integration risks, and understand deployment steps.
• Experience coordinating distributed or offshore teams across time zones.
• Clear, direct communication translating between technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of multiple concurrent programs from intake to deployment and adoption.
• Run daily standups and governance across time zones to keep work moving.
• Bridge internal partners (Finance, Sales, Delivery, HR) with the delivery team and ensure access/decisions are provided.
• Surface risks early with recommended paths and maintain an accurate status.
• Design and sharpen delivery processes to measure progress by what ships, not by process adherence.
