Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) in the Philippines. The role blends customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, using AI to accelerate onboarding and adoption.

Qualifications

Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under guidance of more senior TAMs.
Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals.
Use AI-assisted workflows to prepare for discovery, summarize decisions, and improve follow-up.

Responsibilities

New Customer Onboarding: support onboarding and implementation using discovery frameworks and templates.
Account Health Management: monitor utilization, feature adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
Workflow Mapping: conduct intake → execution → reporting cycles and maintain documentation.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment: configure AI workflows, provide training, track usage.
Customer Success & Expansion: drive value, identify expansion signals, support renewals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: align delivery with product, sales, and services.
