Job summary

Grab Pasig office seeks an experienced Governance professional to strengthen our governance infrastructure across regional markets and support regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Senior Platform Experience Manager, you will develop policies, lead audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive risk mitigation and training. This regional role is based onsite in Pasig and leverages AI to enhance productivity and policy updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field (e.g. audit).
• AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and workflows.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, drafting and auditing corporate policies.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership on regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks and policies aligned with local regulatory standards in regional markets.
• Lead governance assessments and compliance audits across units; design mitigation strategies.
• Prepare executive-ready governance reports and dashboards for leadership and board committees.
• Leverage Generative AI to research regulations, draft policy updates, and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to align initiatives with governance protocols.
• Support board governance functions and facilitate regional training on compliance.

Join the Grab Support (GS) Governance team. We are responsible for establishing organizational compliance, mitigating operational risks, and upholding high corporate governance standards. Our team partners across regional and local business units to drive operational excellence, ensuring Grab's support systems remain trusted, secure, and highly compliant.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Platform Experience Manager, you'll play a critical role in strengthening Grab's governance infrastructure across the regional markets. You'll based onsite in our Grab Pasig office. You'll drive governance frameworks, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to manage risk. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional to make a region-wide impact on our compliance strategy.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Framework Management: Develop, implement, and maintain corporate governance frameworks and compliance policies aligned with local regulatory standards in the regional markets.
• Compliance Audits: Lead governance assessments and compliance audits across business units, proactively identifying risk areas and designing structured mitigation strategies.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed, executive-ready governance reports and compliance dashboards for senior leadership and board committees.
• AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage Generative AI tools to research evolving compliance regulations, draft policy updates, and automate routine administrative workflows for improved team efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and external advisors to align business initiatives with governance protocols.
• Board Support & Training: Support board and committee governance functions, and facilitate compliance training and awareness programs for regional teams.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field (e.g. audit).
• AI & Productivity: You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.
• Governance & Policy Expertise: Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and experience drafting, implementing, and auditing corporate policies.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence and align with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on complex regulatory matters.
