Job summary

The role involves leading discovery, roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in Product Management with Agile, and strong knowledge of AI concepts and MVP development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management/Product Development experience using Agile methodologies.
• Experience within insurance, consulting, outsourcing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, MVP development, commercial models, and customer-driven product design.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience building or managing AI-enhanced products.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for complex, high-impact products.
• Lead product discovery, market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to successfully launch and enhance products.
• Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer and ensure products address real market needs and pain points.
