The role involves leading discovery, roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in Product Management with Agile, and strong knowledge of AI concepts and MVP development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management/Product Development experience using Agile methodologies.
• Experience within insurance, consulting, outsourcing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, MVP development, commercial models, and customer-driven product design.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience building or managing AI-enhanced products.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Ready to shape the future of AI-driven products? We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of high-impact products, including AI-enabled and AI-native solutions.

Location: Mandaluyong City
Shift Schedule: EST (Graveyard)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (1 day onsite & 4 days WFH per week)

What You'll Do
