Job summary

Western Digital Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Lead Specialist IV, Process Excellence & Program Management (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified) to design, deploy and sustain continuous improvement across the Philippine Head Operations.

The role drives measurable business impact using structured CI frameworks, AI-enabled problem solving, coaching, and a culture of innovation. You will lead end-to-end improvement roadmaps, mentor Professionals and Managers, and integrate AI tools into DMAIC

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement or manufacturing CI.
• Experience with AI-enabled problem solving and analytics.
• Experience in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement programs across Philippine Head Operations.
• Apply AI-enabled Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and DMAIC methodologies.
• Define and track program KPIs including cost savings and cycle time.
• Mentor professionals and managers in CI and AI tools.
• Develop Process Excellence curriculum and knowledge repository.
