Job summary

Adidas Philippines offers an internship focused on enhancing the onboarding experience through AI-driven resources and centralized knowledge bases. You will map the current onboarding journey, identify AI enhancement opportunities, and create resources to speed up processes while improving new hire engagement.

You will work with HR teams to gather information, develop materials, and measure impact on onboarding efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong interest in HR, employee experience, technology, and AI.
Creative, curious, and comfortable exploring new digital tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end onboarding activities to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for new hires.
Identify onboarding pain points and opportunities to improve efficiency and communication.
Assist in developing and implementing AI-enabled onboarding solutions (automated resources, FAQs, communication materials, and guides).
Organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, presentations, and communication materials.
Support HR projects and other ad hoc people-related initiatives.
Collaborate with different HR teams and stakeholders to gather information and improve processes.
