Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to independently lead contracting projects across procurement agreements, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You will own redlining of contract documents, negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, and coordinate with sourcing managers to reflect terms accurately in contract language.

Qualifications

College graduate with 3 years of relevant experience in contracts management, procurement, global sourcing and category management.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work night shift as required.

Responsibilities

Lead contracting projects across procurement agreements using client templates and playbooks.
Redline contract documents and negotiate terms with suppliers.
Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance risks, and governance standards.
Coordinate with sourcing managers to ensure commercial terms are reflected in contract language.
Serve as liaison with Legal and the Contracting COE for escalations and policy compliance.
Prepare updates on contract status, compliance, risks, and modifications.
