Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Manager of Information Risk Metrics, Reporting & Analytics to join the Global Information Risk Management team. The role designs, builds, and automates IRM metrics, dashboards, and analytics – including AI/LLM-enabled solutions – to support the CRO, executive management, and Board risk committees.

The incumbent will lead automated reporting, translate data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders, and collaborate with IRM domain leads, Technology, and Analytics teams

Qualifications

Around 5 years of relevant experience in risk management or information risk.
Experience in financial services/regulated environments preferred.
Strong skills in data presentation and storytelling for executives.

Responsibilities

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM reporting for CRO and Board committees.
Design/maintain standardized IRM metrics, KPIs, and KRIs.
Translate complex data into clear narratives and visuals for leadership.
Lead automation of IRM reporting and analytics, including dashboards.
Develop automated data collection, validation, and analysis processes.
Design AI-LLM-driven monitoring workflows to identify trends and risks.
Collaborate with IRM domains, Technology, and analytics teams.
Document data definitions, flows, and key processes.
