  • Design, maintain, and enhance standardized IRM metrics, KPIs, and KRIs aligned to IRM policies, frameworks, and risk appetite.
  • Translate complex technical and risk data into clear narratives and visualizations tailored for senior and Board‑level stakeholders.
  • Lead the automation of IRM reporting and analytics, including data extraction, transformation, and dashboard refreshes.
  • Develop and maintain automated processes for collecting, validating, and analyzing IRM data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Design and implement AI‑and LLM‑driven monitoring workflows to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging information risk areas.
  • Support Risk and Technology Tooling teams with data ingestion, clean‑up, mapping, validation, and dashboard/report development.
  • Conduct data profiling, testing, cleaning, and data quality checks to ensure integrity and reliability of IRM metrics and reports.
  • Document key processes, procedures, data definitions, and data flows for IRM metrics, reporting, analytics, and automation.
  • Collaborate with IRM domain leads, Technology partners, and business risk owners to refine metrics, train stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement and efficiency in IRM reporting and analytics.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated environments preferred.
