Marsh is hiring an Operational Excellence & AI Data Engineer in Manila to lead analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that boost operational efficiency across Asia Pacific. You will shape design standards and deliver scalable tools with high autonomy.

You will translate ambiguous problems into actionable, data-driven outcomes, while collaborating with business leaders to drive impactful decisions using SQL, Python, and visualization platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
• Significant experience in data engineering, analytics, BI, automation.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Python for analytics and automation.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau; C#/.NET is a plus.
• Experience applying AI/ML in business settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics-driven tools, automations, and data solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Build scalable models, dashboards, workflows, and apps addressing complex challenges.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from data sourcing to deployment and adoption.
• Advise stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and insights.
• Guide automation tool design, including pipelines and user-facing apps.
