Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer to design scalable data models and support analytical needs across the business. You will develop data structures, automate data ingestion, and ensure data quality in a multi-source environment.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has strong Python/Java/Scala and SQL skills, with experience in cloud data warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala and SQL.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (Couchbase).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud storage services (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery; AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage).
• Familiarity with data integration tools (Airflow, Talend, Informatica).
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and schema design.
• Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodologies; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient and scalable data models to support analytical and operational requirements.
• Develop and implement data structures aligned with data architecture standards and business needs.
• Integrate data from various sources into the data lake.
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes to streamline data workflows.
