Job summary

Amz-AllStars in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to launch a women's consumer brand. You will bridge brand strategy, social content, e-commerce creative, and emerging AI tools to shape what the brand makes and how it's built.

You will ideate, script, and produce first versions yourself, using Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, and Descript to move faster than the competition. Hybrid work with one in-office day weekly.

Qualifications

• AI fluency and real-world workflow evidenced by portfolio.
• Strong short-form editing with mobile-first framing.
• Experience with PH e-commerce platforms TikTok Shop/Shopee/Lazada/IG.
• Ability to brief an idea and then execute it end-to-end.
• Portfolio demonstrating prior related work.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and formats for TikTok, Reels, paid social, and marketplace content.
• Use AI daily for ideation, scripting, image/video generation, and storyboarding.
• Execute the first version: social assets, video edits, product visuals.
• Run a creative testing pipeline and iterate from performance data.
• Create creator briefs, shot lists, and scripts for UGC/influencer campaigns.
