Job summary

GrowthPair is seeking an AI-native Creative Strategist to own the creative-to-performance loop across paid social and paid media. You will analyze data to identify winning angles, direct ad creative, and produce 3–5x faster outputs using AI tools across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

The role requires 3+ years in creative strategy or paid social, strong copywriting, Canva/Figma skills, and daily use of AI tools. Remote work with U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative strategy, paid social, or performance roles.
• Ability to translate campaign data into creative direction.
• Experience with Meta/TikTok/Google ads platforms.
• Strong copywriting across platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva or Figma for static ads.
• Basic video editing (CapCut or Premiere).
• Daily use of AI tools for creative production.
• Experience writing briefs and managing feedback loops.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and performance metrics.
• Willing to work U.S. hours (PT/ET).
• Competitive USD pay with health, wifi, education stipends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze paid media performance data to identify winning creative patterns.
• Develop and manage a structured creative testing framework.
• Write creative briefs informed by data for designers and editors.
• Produce ad copy (hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs) across platforms.
• Create static ad concepts in Canva or Figma and edit UGC/short-form video.
• Run 20–50 creative variations per week using AI-accelerated workflows.
• Use AI tools daily for copy iteration and research.
• Build and maintain custom AI workflows and prompt templates.
• Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, and editors.
• Stay current on platform-specific creative best practices.
