Role Description

Design, develop, and deploy intelligent web applications that leverage artificial intelligence and modern digital technologies. This role combines traditional web development expertise with cutting‑edge AI implementation, requiring proficiency in both cloud‑based and on‑premise solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Web Application Development

• 1. Design and develop small to medium‑scale web applications for both cloud and on‑premise environments
• 2. Create responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using modern web technologies
• 3. Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and follow best practices for security and performance

II. Database Integration & Management

• 1. Connect applications to various database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• 2. Design and optimize database schemas for application requirements
• 3. Implement data access layers and ensure efficient data retrieval and storage
• 4. Maintain data integrity and implement appropriate backup and recovery procedures

III. AI Solution Implementation

• 1. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI models into applications
• 2. Develop and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• 3. Fine‑tune AI models based on specific business requirements
• 4. Create intelligent features such as chatbots, content generation, and automated analysis tools

IV. API Development & Integration

• 1. Design and develop RESTful APIs for application connectivity
• 2. Integrate third‑party APIs and web services into existing applications
• 3. Ensure secure API authentication and data transmission
• 4. Document API specifications and maintain version control

V. Solution Architecture & Integration

• 1. Architect end‑to‑end solutions that combine web applications, databases, AI services, and external APIs
• 2. Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges across different platforms and technologies
• 3. Optimize system performance and ensure seamless data flow between components

VI. IMS, ISO, Data Privacy and Information Security:

• 4. Ensure compliance of the team on all IMS and ISO related documents, policies and procedures.
• 5. Comply with the organization’s information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the protection of sensitive data, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information. This includes adhering to established protocols for securely handling, storing, and transmitting data while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• 6. Attend mandatory annual Information Security (InfoSec) and Data Privacy Act (DPA) awareness training to stay informed about the latest security practices and maintain compliance with relevant obligations

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• experience in web application development for 3 years
• Proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular)
• Strong backend development skills (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar)
• Experience with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on‑premise deployment
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience with LLM integration
• Understanding of API design principles and RESTful services
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Previous experience in AI model training or fine‑tuning AI & Machine Learning
• Experience with AI model deployment and integration
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) implementations
• Familiarity with popular AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
