Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a delivery-focused professional to bridge Finance demands with technical delivery. You will scope work, sequence tasks across concurrent streams, and keep teams aligned to the plan while staying close to build estimates.

Hands-on Python and SQL are advantageous for data checks, automation, and small data products. You will collaborate with engineers and Finance business partners, using AI tooling for automated reporting and documentation and supporting governance through

Qualifications

• Experience turning business needs into scoped, testable deliverables.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical workstreams with risk awareness.
• Strong stakeholder management across finance, engineering, and partners.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment.
• Familiarity with finance and risk use cases and requirements.
• Comfortable following technical discussions and challenging estimates.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements from Finance and Risk stakeholders—user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage intake and backlog; scope, sequence, and prioritize across concurrent workstreams.
• Run project lifecycles—planning, dependency and risk management, delivery tracking.
• Coordinate delivery cadences—standups, milestone reviews, stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate dependencies across AI Engineering, Decision Science, and Operations/Automation.
• Lead UAT, acceptance, and handover into BAU support.
• Use AI tooling to automate status reporting, tracking, and documentation.
• Support governance requirements—model approvals, data classification, audit documentation.
