Qualifications

Strong legal research, communication, and analytical skills.
Able to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with global teams.
Willing to work on US time zones.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support for AI, software, SaaS, and data-related products.
Review new technology offerings and advise on legal and regulatory risks.
Support software licensing, AI-related contracts, and product counsel matters.
Collaborate with Legal, Contracting, Data Privacy, IP, Regulatory, and business teams.
Monitor emerging AI and technology regulations.
