Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced legal professional to support strategic growth initiatives in the AI and Data business. The role provides product counsel, legal research, and commercial guidance for AI offerings including generative AI and software solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with business, legal, data privacy, regulatory, and partnerships teams to evaluate new offerings, support go-to-market readiness, and improve legal processes in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate law degree required with active bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in AI, software, and non-transactional legal work.
• Knowledge of SaaS agreements and software licensing.
• Understanding of AI regulatory frameworks or willingness to learn.
• Excellent English communication and drafting skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with US time zones and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide product counsel and guidance on commercial and tech matters.
• Assess AI, data, and software offerings for market readiness.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams on playbooks and contracts.
• Support acquisition evaluations and regulatory considerations.
