Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a dynamic Co-Pilot AI Engineer to deploy and customize AI copilots for contact centers. You will map customer needs to technical specs for integrations, write requirements, and conduct hands-on API configurations with CRMs and telephony systems.

You will also educate internal teams and external stakeholders on AI-driven solutions. The role emphasizes prompt engineering, data flow design, and staying current with generative and conversational AI trends to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
5+ years as software engineer, data scientist or similar in tech-driven env.
Experience designing technical requirements and data flows for low-code/API integrations.
Strong Python experience with FastAPI/Flask/Django.

Responsibilities

Translate contact center needs into scalable AI copilot solutions.
Convert requirements into technical specs for low-code/API integrations.
Perform hands-on integrations and API configurations with CRMs, telephony, and case management tools.
Design data flows and document requirements for seamless integration with contact center platforms.
Provide demos, workshops, and stakeholder briefings as a product evangelist.
Offer prompt engineering and optimization for AI copilot responses.
