Tavor Perry is seeking a creative Content Producer in the Philippines (Ozamiz) to turn ideas and recordings into premium content for a luxury-brand. You’ll work with Claude workflows, manage end-to-end content from draft to scheduled post, and adapt content across newsletters, blogs, and social platforms.

The role emphasizes experimentation, timely approvals, and measuring impact across channels to grow authority with women founders and attract future buyers.

Qualifications

• Daily, hands-on use of Claude to generate high-quality work.
• Short-form video editing experience (CapCut or similar).
• Strong Canva knowledge for carousels and branded templates.
• Solid understanding of what performs on each social platform and why.
• Ability to refine AI-written copy to a premium, human standard.
• Experience tracking content performance (views, reach, saves, shares, follows, link clicks, enquiries).
• Experience organizing digital assets in Google Drive.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with strong ownership over work.

Responsibilities

• Pitch weekly content ideas with hooks grounded in performance data.
• Adapt long-form writing into newsletters, blogs, Substack, and social posts across platforms.
• Edit reels with AI tools and correct misses manually.
• Create carousels and video carousels in Canva from brand templates.
• Produce Instagram Stories and repurpose podcast interviews into Shorts, articles, and promos.
• Proofread all content and maintain the content calendar from draft to scheduled posts.
• Coordinate weekly approval batches and schedule only approved content.
