Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions Inc. is seeking a creative Brand Associate in the Philippines to strengthen the presence of a leading premium home brand.

The role involves hands-on content creation, social media management, and collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and external suppliers to deliver on-brand campaigns. You will plan captions, calendars, and materials, and work across shoots, events, partnerships, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management, Multimedia Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, social media, content, or a related role.
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and websites.
• Strong interest in home interiors, furniture, architecture, interior design, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong visual sense and an eye for premium, polished content.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Organized, proactive, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with premium home, furniture, real estate, interior design, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and design tools is an advantage.
• A portfolio of social media, content, campaign, or creative work is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and website content, including planning, publishing, and community engagement.
• Create engaging content featuring products, completed projects, showrooms, and lifestyle concepts.
• Develop captions, content calendars, creative materials, and other marketing assets.
• Monitor social media and lifestyle trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand activities.
• Develop content that effectively communicates product features, benefits, materials, finishes, and design value.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video productions, product launches, showroom activities, and events.
• Identify relevant influencers, content creators, designers, architects, and lifestyle personalities.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies, consultants, and external creative partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Design, Showroom, Operations, and other teams on marketing initiatives
