Job summary

ByteDance's CapCut PH team in Taguig is seeking a graduate to help produce AI effect templates and grow creator communities. You will plan in-app AI template events, recruit local AI video talents, and host workshops to improve template quality.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree, knowledge of AI video making (CapCut, Kling, Higgsfield), strong presentation skills, and fluency in English and Filipino. This role is Regular employment under Global Operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-app or cobranding AI effect template production events to attract more creators to produce high quality AI effect templates for more users in CapCut PH.
• Recruit PH professional and quality AI graphic & video talents who are familiar with AI design and video making tools (eg, Dreamina, Canva, Midjourney, etc) to produce viral & quality videos and images.
• Manage top creator communities and host regular tutorial workshops to educate template creators polish their template making skills and improve template quality.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree
• Good knowledge of AI video making and editing (eg. CapCut, Kling, Higgsfield, etc)
• Good community management and education skills. Good at presentation and workshop moderation.
• Fluent in English and PH language speaker.

Preferred Qualifications

• Attuned to viral content across short-video platforms and social media trends
• Familiar with video editing software or applications (eg. Adobe, CapCut, etc)
• working experience in content related project management or operations.
