Job summary

ByteDance LIVE Team in the Philippines is seeking motivated graduates to join a fast-growing livestream business. You will support live streaming strategies, assist creator management, and help optimize content, grow audiences, and monetization through data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in events, and contribute to creator operations while communicating effectively in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creator or Agency Management team in developing and executing live streaming strategies through performance tracking and reporting.
• Assist in creator or agency management by guiding and supporting creators to optimize content, grow audiences, and monetize.
• Participate in event planning and reward operations, driving efficiency with data-backed evaluation.
• Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to enhance creator operations, community engagement, and content diversity.
• Conduct research on creator trends and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and platform innovation.
• Support VIP and top creator operations through on-call coordination and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree inin Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.

• Strong interest in the live streaming and creator economy industries, with a solid understanding of current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
