Job summary

ByteDance's CapCut team in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Creator Operations Lead to recruit AI graphic and video talents and to build CapCut's Creator Partner Programme. You will identify talent, organise online contests, and run workshops to showcase CapCut AI tools.

You will manage external partnerships, coordinate template creators and agencies, analyze content data to improve AI templates, and help grow CapCut's PH creator ecology while promoting inspiring AI-driven experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in creator operations, KOL recruitment and management.
• Strong network of AI video and graphic talents and professionals.
• Knowledge of AI video and graphic making and editing tools.
• Excellent community management, presentation and workshop moderation.
• Data analysis and ability to interpret performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit PH professional AI graphic and video talents who are familiar with AI video & design tools (eg, Higgsfield, Dreamina, Canva, Midjourney, etc) to join CapCut Creative Partner Programme (CPP).
• Responsible for managing Top AI talents in CapCut Creative Partner Programme (CPP) by organising online contests and offline workshops/hackathons to generate quality CapCut AI videos (eg, AI drama, AI films, AI TVC, etc) to promote CapCut's latest AI tools and models on social networking sites
• Responsible for developing external influential AI partnerships for CapCut to publicise latest flagship AI tools and models.
• Responsible for template creator & agency management for CapCut PH creator ecology
• Analyze data and metrics on content consumption and adjust executional plans to improve overall performance of AI effect templates and pro templates.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• At-least 5 years of working experience in creator operations, KOL recruitment and management
• Good AI video & graphic talents and professionals networks. Good negotiation and promotion skills to develop AI video & graphic partnerships for CapCut.
• Good knowledge of AI video & graphic making and editing (eg. CapCut, Kling, Higgsfield, etc)
• Good community management and education skills. Good at presentation and workshop moderation.
• Good data analysis skill. Have a good taste of quality AI video & graphic content.
