Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, data science, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; internships, coursework, or personal projects in analytics or AI are a plus.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and its applications.
• Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Python, KNIME, Copilot/generative AI tools, or automation platforms is a plus.
• Curiosity and passion for AI, innovation, and automation.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
• Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to take on new tasks, attend training, and learn from feedback.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Basic written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business use cases for AI and automation.
• Assist with building and testing prototypes, proofs of concept, and demos using approved GM AI tools.
• Document work, track projects, and collaborate using Google Workspace.
• Help build simple automations and workflows using Google Workspace tools and AI features.
• Help gather, clean, and organize data for analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to dashboards and reports tracking adoption and value of AI initiatives.
• Summarize findings on emerging AI technologies for the team.
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Support intake and tracking of AI project requests and status reporting.
• Learn how data flows from source systems to reporting and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with team members, business partners, and IT under mentor guidance.
• Share learnings and present a project or findings at term end.
• Participate in team engagement initiatives.
