Job summary

Perle is looking for a self-directed social media leader to own our brand presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will build the voice from scratch, produce weekly content, and drive growth with data-driven insights.

You will shoot and edit your own videos, craft compelling copy, and align campaigns with recruitment goals to attract top AI experts. Equity is offered along with USD compensation.

ABOUT PERLE

Perle is building the expert layer for AI. We provide the specialized training data, annotation, and evaluation that companies like xAI and Samsung rely on to make their models smarter. Our network spans 20,000+ vetted experts across 70+ countries, and we're growing fast.

THE ROLE

We are hiring expert Belarusian transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into precise, conventionally ... We're hiring our first dedicated social and content person to own Perle's presence across every platform and turn it into a real growth engine.

One thing to be clear about up front:

this is a build-from-scratch role. You will not be inheriting a content calendar, a team, or an existing playbook. You'll be the one creating all of it. Strategy, production, posting, analytics, the whole thing, on your own. If you want to plug into an established machine, this isn't the role. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Run all of Perle's social accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) end to end. This involves setting the tone for each platform and ensuring a cohesive brand identity across the entire social ecosystem.
• Create weekly content: posts, reels, and short-form video that explain what we do in a way people actually want to watch. You will be responsible for the full production lifecycle, from ideation and scripting to filming and final editing.
• Produce reels that showcase the expert projects we have open, turning content into a recruiting channel that naturally grows our expert network. You'll bridge the gap between marketing and recruitment by highlighting the unique opportunities available within Perle.
• Build the content strategy, calendar, and brand voice from the ground up. This includes defining our key pillars, establishing a regular posting cadence, and refining how Perle speaks to the world.
• Track what's working, double down on it, and grow engagement and following month over month. You'll use data-driven insights to pivot strategies and optimize performance based on platform analytics.
• Make AI and data topics feel interesting and human, not dry and technical. Your goal is to translate complex machine learning concepts into relatable, engaging narratives for a broad audience.

WHO YOU ARE

• You've grown social accounts before and can show the numbers to prove your impact on community growth and engagement.
• You can shoot and edit your own short-form video. You are a "one-person army" who doesn't need a production crew to make something high-quality and impactful.
• Strong writer with a feel for hooks, pacing, and what makes someone stop scrolling in a crowded feed.
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a function with no one above you telling you what to post. You take initiative and thrive in high-autonomy environments.
• Bonus: experience with B2B, tech, or talent / recruitment marketing.
• Bonus: comfortable using AI tools to produce content faster and more efficiently.
