The successful candidate will design, implement, test, document, and train teams on AI and automation solutions, while coordinating with management for multi-project deployment.

• Build automated workflows for inquiries, follow-ups, approvals, reminders, surveys, and recurring reports.
• Identify practical opportunities to use AI to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
• Test, monitor, and improve automations to ensure they work reliably.
• Develop practical AI-assisted tools for research, meeting summaries, document preparation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Explore ways to connect existing systems, CRM platforms, event software, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Improve data collection and reduce the need for manual spreadsheet updates.
• Work with software providers, developers, and internal teams when specialist support is required.
• Build dashboards that help management track business performance, leads, membership, events, and outstanding tasks.
• Automate recurring reports and improve data accuracy.
• Develop reusable templates, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer, member, and exhibitor service through faster responses and better information.
• Manage projects from initial brief through implementation and handover.
• Document workflows, create user guides, and train staff.
• Provide progress updates, manage deadlines, and raise risks or issues early.
• Ensure solutions are secure, properly tested, approved, and easy for the team to maintain.

WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING FOR AN AI & AUTOMATION MANAGER POSITION THAT CAN WORK AT DAVAO CITY—ON SITE!

About the Role

We’re looking for a practical and technically capable AI & Automation Manager to help an established Australian industry association improve how it works through AI, automation, system integration, and reporting.

You will identify repetitive tasks, improve business processes, connect systems, and build tools that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

This is a hands-on implementation role, not just an advisory position. You will take projects from understanding the problem and designing a solution through to building, testing, documentation, and staff training.

You will also manage additional AI, automation, and digital projects assigned by management.

What You’ll Do

Process Improvement & Automation

• Review existing workflows and identify repetitive tasks, duplicated data entry, and inefficient processes.

• Build automated workflows for inquiries, follow-ups, approvals, reminders, surveys, and recurring reports.

What We’re Looking For
