Adventus in the Philippines is seeking an AI Automation Engineer/Developer to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate enterprise workflows across the organization, integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow, and Azure to improve efficiency and decision-making.

You will develop AI-powered solutions for workflow orchestration, ticket triaging, and data extraction, create APIs and automation scripts, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure secure,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
2–5 years in software engineering, AI/automation, or enterprise system integration.
Experience designing and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered apps for business automation.
Hands-on with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool calling, and multi-agent frameworks.
Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms (Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow).
Cloud familiarity: Azure OpenAI and related AI services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate business processes.
Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise platforms (Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow).
Develop integrations using APIs and interfaces (Dataverse, Power Platform, OData, SAP, ServiceNow REST).
Create AI-powered workflow orchestration, ticket triaging, knowledge retrieval, and reporting.
Extend Copilot capabilities and AI assistants for enterprise tools.
Develop APIs, automation scripts, and cloud-based AI services on Azure.
