Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents, AI-powered workflows, or AI automation tools.
• Strong practical experience with ChatGPT and/or Claude beyond basic conversational use.
• Experience designing prompts, AI workflows, custom GPTs, Claude Projects/workflows, or similar AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify repetitive, time-consuming tasks suitable for AI automation.
• Design and implement ChatGPT and Claude workflows including prompts and GPTs.
• Build AI agents that perform end-to-end tasks.
• Decide when AI workflows suffice vs. custom development; iterate based on feedback.
• Test, refine, and improve AI agents for business impact.
• Develop lightweight internal tools and dashboards using AI-assisted development.
