Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking an AI & Automation Developer I to design, develop, test, and maintain automation and AI solutions that boost efficiency and processes. You will gain foundational skills in software development, RPA, AI, and systems integration while contributing to project delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, automation, AI, or related disciplines.
• Working knowledge of Python, R, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with automation platforms, databases, APIs, and ML concepts.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support automation workflows, scripts, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and enhance existing automation applications.
• Assist in solution design, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Apply programming, ML, and data processing techniques to automate workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in quality assurance, code validation, and process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with development, security, and governance standards.
• Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
