OutStaHub is seeking an AI-driven developer to build websites, platforms, and internal tools with a strong emphasis on process automation. You will leverage Claude and other AI tools to design, build, and enhance end-to-end systems, creating automations to minimize manual tasks.

The role centers on strategic AI specification and continuous system improvement, with 40 hours/week during EST hours and compensation described as weekly payment plus HMO.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrated experience using AI tools, particularly Claude, to build websites, platforms, or internal tools.
• Comfortable directing AI to build both front-end and back-end functionality with low-to-no-code, and able to read and troubleshoot AI-produced code.
• Experience building automations and workflows that connect different software and systems, including through APIs.
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems and automations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify where AI can realistically improve business processes.
• Comfortable working independently and applying AI to new or unclear needs.
