Qualifications

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll help large businesses identify where AI can add value and turn those opportunities into workable plans. You’ll run discovery across the business, prototype promising use cases to prove their value, and design the operating models needed to support them.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI and automation use cases across functions in large businesses to unlock efficiencies.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical teams to surface pain points and align on priorities.
• Map current processes and design AI-first, future-state workflows that transform how businesses operate.
• Build business cases: define metrics, measure before and after, and communicate outcomes (including trade-offs and risks) to leadership.
• Rapidly prototype use cases using RPA, AI-augmented software development, and AI-assisted tooling to demonstrate value.
• Produce detailed specifications with AI-assisted tooling and hand over cleanly to the development team to build.
• Drive projects forward in fast-moving environments with incomplete or messy data.
• Assess governance, security, and compliance requirements early, and ensure proposed solutions are designed to meet them.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, becoming their go-to advisor on AI and automation.
• Build reusable assets, playbooks, and best practices that scale go-to-market and standardize delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g., RPA consulting, AI/ML consulting, data engineering, process improvement consulting or value engineering).
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven track record of having built and deployed applications in production environments using Python, relational databases, GenAI, RPA (UiPath, OpenRPA) and no-code platforms (n8n).
• Exposure to AI augmented tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex etc.
• Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured use cases and deliverable solutions
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills based on first principles.
• Resilient, results-driven, and ability to lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to build trust with business leaders and explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Certification in a leading RPA or automation platform (e.g., UiPath).
• Advanced Claude Code usage, including custom skills, subagents, and MCP-connected workflows.
• Experience integrating automation or AI with SAP environments.
