Job summary

You will work across deployment, product lifecycle, service delivery, and resilience engineering, applying Python, REST APIs, and data analytics to reduce manual toil and accelerate deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Network Operations or Network Engineering.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, including L2/L3, BGP, and routing.
• Demonstrated experience in coding and automation applied to real operational tooling, Python preferred.
• Experience in AI-driven operations (AIOps) required.

Responsibilities

• Deployment: Deploys new hardware and manages deployment lifecycle end-to-end.
• Product Development Lifecycle: Provides feedback from customers and uses data analytics for improvements.
• Service Delivery: Handles fulfillment of network and data center products and automation opportunities.
• Operations and Reliability Engineering: Troubleshoots faults and uses AI-based monitoring and predictive analytics.
• Innovation: Participates in internal hackathons and builds automation/tools for resilience.
