Job summary

Cellular Intelligence is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure & IT Systems Engineer to own and improve internal systems, automation, and our AWS environment, while growing into broader platform ownership. You will support identity, endpoint management, SaaS platforms, and research compute, collaborating with researchers and operations.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted workflows, and durable processes, with a focus on reliability and scalable IT solutions across teams.

Qualifications

3+ years owning internal IT systems, including identity and access, SaaS administration, endpoint management, automation, and user support.
Demonstrated record of using AI/LLM tooling to automate operational work.
Experience supporting and securing company endpoints using MDM/EDR or similar tooling.
Practical scripting and automation skills; Python preferred.
Linux fluency; experience with AWS IAM, EC2, S3.
Clear written communication for runbooks and policies.

Responsibilities

Own internal IT systems and automate repetitive tasks to improve reliability.
Administer SaaS platforms with least-privilege access and audit trails.
Manage the endpoint fleet and device provisioning lifecycle.
Operate AI-assisted IT support system and maintain integrations.
Automate onboarding/offboarding and provisioning/deprovisioning.
Resolve exceptions that automation cannot handle; fix SSH and lab computer issues.
Build durable, scalable IT processes and tooling.
