Job summary

Multisys Technologies Corporation is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in the Metro Manila area to coach the team in agile values and ensure timely, high-quality software solutions. You will assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming, shield the team from interruptions, and conduct training on agile practices and principles.

Knowledge of SDLC and XP is advantageous, with Jira familiarity helping collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field.
Knowledge of SDLC or production processes.
Experience with TPS (Toyota Production System) preferred.
Some knowledge of XP (Extreme Programming).
Proficient with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
Insight into common team problems.

Responsibilities

Coaches the team on agile practices and values.
Assists the PO in grooming the backlog.
Shields the development team from interruptions.
Conducts training on agile practices and principles.
Facilitates resolution of obstacles and escalates issues as needed.
Ensures availability of key agile documents (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, impediment list).
