Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager to drive projects from initiation to delivery and to serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams. The role balances traditional project management with Agile facilitation to ensure efficient delivery aligned with business goals.

The successful candidate will coordinate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders, maintain dashboards, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement within PMO governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• The Agile Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to delivery with Agile facilitation.
• Balances traditional project management with Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Requires strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across the full lifecycle– Plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices– Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Identify risks and issues– surface blockers and dependencies and resolve them with teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams– work with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Track and report progress– maintain dashboards and status updates per PMO governance.
