Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from initiation to delivery in an Agile environment.
• Acting as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Ability to coordinate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across the full lifecycle – plan, execute, and close projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices – lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, surface blockers, and work with teams to resolve them.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Track and report project progress with dashboards and governance compliance.
• Support continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices and collaboration.
