AIA Philippines in Makati City is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead delivery from initiation to completion and to serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams. The role blends traditional project management with agile facilitation to align delivery with business goals in a hybrid work setup.

You will coordinate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders, manage risks, report progress, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to PMO processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management and/or Agile delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in both Agile and traditional project environments.
