Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across cross-functional teams in Metro Manila.

You will facilitate all agile ceremonies, coach teams on agile practices, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs. The role requires 3+ years in similar agile roles, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative, servant-leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Eng, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, Agile Project Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, ceremonies, and practices.
• Proven experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience coaching teams, servant leadership, impediment removal, and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of velocity, sprint commitments, capacity planning, and DoD.
• Experience working with Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create a collaborative, accountable, and psychologically safe team environment.
• Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies to ensure effective execution.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and ways of working.
• Assess and improve agile maturity and help teams progress toward higher maturity.
• Support teams in becoming self-organizing, accountable, and collaborative.
• Help teams understand velocity, capacity, sprint commitments, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure teams follow an effective Definition of Done (DoD) and agile practices.
• Promote transparency through clear communication with team and stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and help remove blockers impacting delivery.
• Facilitate escalation and resolution of issues that affect timelines.
• Monitor commitments and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
• Foster continuous improvement and a positive team culture.
