Zusammenfassung

RCBC is seeking an Agile Transformation Lead to build high-performance, self-managed teams and remove impediments, while coordinating with multiple teams to advance Agile maturity. You will work with the Agile Director to govern digital assurance services and drive governance programs for Agile projects.

You will implement standard Agile practices, draft automation testing strategies, coach teams and sponsors, and lead transformation roadmaps, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder

Qualifikationen

Graduate of any IT-related course.
First-level Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, CSM).
Preferred certifications include ICP-ACC, CSP, CAL or similar Agile credentials.
3-5 years of IT experience with 1-2 years leading an Agile development team.

Aufgaben

Create high-performance, self-managed teams and remove impediments.
Coordinate activities with other teams and drive Agile transformation.
Work with the Agile Director to govern digital assurance services and Agile governance.
Implement standard Agile practices and automate testing strategies.
Coach team members and sponsors on Agile mindset and practices.
Implement processes, templates, measures, and roadmaps for Agile adoption.
Support daily Agile execution: address impediments, manage events, track metrics.
Maintain stakeholder communication, including vendors and third-party partners.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations through seminars and circulars.
