Caylent, a fully remote AI-first cloud services company, seeks an Agentic Architect to lead AI engagements from strategy to executive handoff. You will partner with a Forward Deployed Engineer to design operating models, map outcomes to business value, and guide adoption across enterprise clients leveraging Anthropic’s Claude platform.

You will engage across lines of business, from VP Engineering to COO, shaping AI initiatives to deliver measurable ROI and long‑term value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development or technical architecture across varied stacks.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership, consulting, or solutions architecture.
• Certified Claude Architect with practical Claude Code familiarity.
• Ability to discuss AI operating models, adoption strategies, and ROI with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own AI engagements end‑to‑end as strategic lead, with an FDE handling implementation.
• Map AI readiness and goals across lines of business through structured discovery.
• Design AI operating models spanning engineering and business functions.
• Define AI outcome maps linking initiatives to measurable business results.
• Lead AI maturity assessments and adoption roadmaps aligned to Anthropic platform.
• Facilitate executive workshops for engineers to C‑suite audiences.
• Direct FDE work on Claude Code tooling and prompt architecture.
