Job summary

Offshore Outsource Operations, Inc. is seeking two Senior Agentic AI/IT Developers in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City, to design and implement Agentic AI solutions for Australian clients. Immediate start in a full-time, office-based role with health protection and bonuses.

You will lead end-to-end projects, build AI systems, APIs and dashboards, and collaborate with remote stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in senior software development.
• Experience building Agentic AI and autonomous agents.
• Web development knowledge (front-end and/or back-end).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive learning.
• Ability to work independently with remote stakeholders.
• Experience with Australian clients or BPO is a plus.

Offshore Outsource Operations is looking for two talented Senior Agentic AI / IT Developers to join our growing team in Ortigas Centre, supporting our Australian clients in the fire protection and emergency services industry.

In this senior role, you will lead the design and delivery of Agentic AI and automation solutions, taking ownership of complex projects end-to-end - all from a collaborative, energetic office environment with a team that genuinely values your expertise.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop and maintain Agentic AI solutions, AI-powered tools, automation scripts and internal systems that support our Australian clients’ operations.

• Build Agentic AI systems and autonomous agents that can independently plan, reason and take action to solve real business problems.

• Build and integrate APIs, dashboards and workflow automation tools to improve efficiency across teams.

• Develop and maintain web-based applications and internal platforms used by our operations team.

• Support the implementation of AI solutions including document processing, data extraction, reporting automation and communication tools.

• Collaborate with Australian-based managers and the local OOO team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain system integrity and provide ongoing IT support as required.

• Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies and proactively recommend improvements.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of proven, senior-level experience in software development (Python, JavaScript, or similar).

• Demonstrated senior-level experience building Agentic AI systems and autonomous agents, with deep knowledge of AI tools and frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, n8n or similar).

• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals - front-end and/or back-end.

• Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and REST APIs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in using technology to improve how businesses operate.

• Ability to work independently, manage your own workload and communicate clearly with remote stakeholders.

• Experience working with Australian clients or in a BPO environment is a plus.
